All the orders are shipped quickly from our warehouse in Turku, Finland. Mainly all the orders are shipped in a same day if you order before 2 PM (EEST) and you’ll get your delivery in 1-10 days depending where you live.

You can choose between these delivery methods:

DHL 11,90€ – 39,90€ (air freight / straight to your home in 1-6 days)

GLS 6,90€ – 14,90€  (road freight / straight to your home in 2-10 days, except in Sweden – pick up from one of the Schenker’s pick up points)

We offer a free shipping (GLS) orders over 149€.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have a strong belief you’ll love our products – but if not, don’t worry. You can make a return for free within 100 days from the arrival of the delivery as long as the product is unused and in new condition. 

Orders inside EU: VAT 24% is included in the prices. 

Orders outside EU: Payment is made with VAT 0%. Additional charges (customs fees, duties and taxes) may be charged when shipment arrives in to your country. Information about possible charges can be found from your local customs office.

RETURN

Unnecessary back and forth logistics consume a significant amount of natural resources, hence we wish that you will only order products that you aim to keep. But we understand decision making on internet may sometimes be difficult and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and that’s why we offer free returns for 100 days. We only accept returns of unused products in their original packaging, including product labels and etiquette cords. Please fill in the form at the bottom of the page in order for us to process the return. Tell us which products will be returned, your account number and order number.

Return in Finland – Please fill in the form below and pack the products carefully. Please state our contract number 6589977 / Xeraliving Oy c/o Verkkologistiikka (WebLog Finland Oy) at the Postal service point and keep the receipt until the delivery is safely returned to our warehouse.

Return from outside of Finland  – Please fill in the form below or contact our customer support and agree on a pick-up.

We do not accept returns more than 100 days after delivery. When the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receiving and processing of the return.

Failure to collect the delivery is not an official cancellation, and we will charge all delivery costs from your balance.

Reviewing of Goods, Error and Problem Situations

Please check the goods upon delivery. In case the order has been lost or damaged during transport, does not match what has been ordered or is defective, please report it as soon as possible and latest within 14 days by contacting our customer support so that we can agree upon how to best solve the situation. In consumer trade we comply with the mandatory regulations set by the Consumer Protection Act on liability provisions.

In case the shipment is damaged during transport a complaint needs to be filed either directly to us or to the carrier.

The quality of our products and satisfied customers are important to us. Each product is made with care and a quality inspection is done before shipment. However, would you despite all this find a manufacturing defect do contact [email protected]. We are responsible for defective products also after the 14 day return period.
