Xeraliving Oy 3135873-4 (hereafter Online Store) sells products to companies and adult individuals. We reserve the right for changes in the delivery pricing. The pricing of the products include VAT inside EU area. Products sold outside EU area are charged without VAT. Customs fees and additional taxes may be added depending on customer’s country laws. Xeraliving is not responsible for customs fees or any additional charges caused by crossing the EU border. Products are delivered from Finland, there will be no customs fees inside EU area.


The ordered products are chosen from the online store by adding them in the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying the shopping cart content at the online store’s check out function. By placing an order you accept these delivery terms, the product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and their prices, delivery costs, as well as the delivery method and pick-up point you have chosen.


The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. Payment is possible by payment cards, PayPal, iDEAL (Netherlands), giropay (Germany), Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), Przelewy24 (Poland), Paytrail (Finland) and Klarna (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, UK, USA).


Netherlands customers can pay with iDEAL. With iDEAL you can make online payments in a reliable, secure and easy way. Payments are done using the mobile banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank.

The payment process is conducted in the online service of Paytrail. Paytrail is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Paytrail is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

With Paytrail you can pay your order by Finnish internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. The order is sent as one parcel from our warehouse in Turku, Finland. Orders will be shipped on work days, delivery time is normally 1-10 working days. For orders more than 149 € we always offer free basic shipping. At check out you can choose the desired shipping method. You can choose GLS or DHL deliveries, and in Finland Posti or Matkahuolto deliveries.

DHL 11,90€ – 39,90€ (air freight / straight to your home in 1-6 days)

GLS 6,90€ – 14,90€  (road freight / straight to your home in 2-10 days, except in Sweden – pick up from one of the Schenker’s pick up points)

We offer a free shipping (GLS) for all orders over 149€.

Would the product be missing or damaged during shipping, should this be reported without delay, but within 14 days to the online store.


Unused products have a 100-day right of return. Unnecessary back and forth logistics consume a lot of natural resources, we therefore wish that you will only order products that you aim to keep. You can also get acquainted with our products at our reseller stores.

We only accept returns of unused products in its original packaging including product labels and etiquette cords. Please fill in your information at the bottom of the RETURN-page, in order for us to process the return. Do let us know the return products, your order number as well as your account number.

Would your order include order-specific benefits or giveaway products, they must also be returned in connection with the return. If the order is changed, and the order no longer fulfills the criteria for the benefit, the benefit can be reduced from the return amount.

Return in Finland  – Please fill in the form below and pack the products carefully. Please state our contract number 6589977 / Xeraliving Oy c/o Verkkologistiikka (WebLog Finland Oy) at the Postal service point and keep the receipt until the delivery is safely returned to our warehouse.

Return from outside of Finland – Please fill in the return form or contact our customer support and agree on a pick-up.

We do not accept returns more than 100 days after delivery. When the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receiving and processing of the return. Failure to collect the delivery is not an official cancellation, but we will charge all delivery costs from your balance.

Canceling an order, liability errors and complaints

Before the order is delivered, the order can be cancelled with a written notice by e-mail.

The quality of our products and satisfied customers are important to us. All products are manufactured with care and quality controlled before shipping. Would you however notice a manufacturing fault/error, do contact We are responsible for defective products also after the 14 day return period.


Xeraliving shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential or other damages arising out of the order, delivery or product or any of the foregoing, except as otherwise required by law or other mandatory law in respect of such damages.


We aim to solve any possible disagreements concerning an order firstly by negotiation, therefore please contact our customer support in order to agree on the matter.
